- Amend 31 U.S.C. 6903 to provide additional population tiers for the Small County PILT Parity Act.
- Codify the categorical exclusion for Bureau of Land Management tree density modification under the National Environmental Policy Act implementing procedures.
- Transfer Crystal Reservoir and approximately 45 acres of surrounding federal land from the U.S. Forest Service to the City of Ouray so the city can repair Full Moon Dam and refill the reservoir.
- Secure federal funding for projects that improve water infrastructure, rural healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and public safety departments in Colorado’s Third District.
- Require the Army Corps of Engineers to allocate necessary resources to eliminate the backlog of pending jurisdictional determinations and Section 404 permit applications.
- Allow airports to continue applying for and receiving TIFIA program funding for needed infrastructure improvements.
