- I intend to continue introducing and building bipartisan support for legislation in the U.S. Senate with the same focus and urgency as in my first year.

- I will require the Department of Defense to reassess how it handles cyber test and training ranges, including the Indiana National Guard’s Muscatatuck Urban Training Center.
- I will require the Department of Defense to develop a plan to field enough Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS) satellites for full Golden Dome sensor coverage.

- I will increase the base outsourcing facility user fee to a level set by HHS to support timely and regular FDA inspections.
- I will require 503A drug compounders to report to the FDA any out-of-state shipments of compounded drugs containing approved active ingredients above a prescription threshold.
- I will set a clear monthly limit on how many 'essential copies' a 503A compounder may produce to ensure consistency and reduce litigation.
- I will clarify that compounded drugs with the same active ingredient as an approved medicine are considered 'essentially a copy' unless clinically different for a specific patient.
- I will define 'commercially available drug product' to prevent 503A compounders from mass-producing approved medicines.
- I will introduce legislation to enhance federal agencies' capacity to assess AI's impact on the workforce and to make education and job training programs more effective in response to AI-related changes.
- I will work to get the federal government out of Indiana education and leave education decisions to states, local school districts, parents, school boards, principals, and teachers.
- I will work at the federal level to secure the funding needed to complete the Interstate 69 Bridge Project.
Method note
Long term, this app should score against a manually reviewed promise ledger that spans every elected office the candidate has held. The current model uses a Bayesian-style shrinkage step: thin records are pulled back toward 50 so the UI does not overstate certainty.
Claim occurrences, evidence, and future AI adjudications are all designed to store provider and model provenance. Formula version: 0.1.0.
