Assessments
The verified commitment is legislative text that would terminate specified duties upon enactment. Verified evidence confirms S.5390 targets the July 28, 2026 forced-labor import-prohibition duty action and that those duties existed, but no verified passage shows enactment or that the duties no longer have force or effect. With no documented deadline expired as of 2026-09-21, the outcome remains unresolved. Effort is credited because the verified bill text documents an introduced legislative vehicle addressing the promised outcome, but material candidate attribution is not established by verified passages provided.
