The verified commitment is to support the Relief Without Delay Act, described as providing for continuation of FEMA operations during a lapse in appropriations. Verified evidence shows Ms. Wasserman Schultz was named among the members for whom H.R. 10486 was introduced, which is material support for the bill in the same congressional term. This fulfills the support/action promise; the judgment does not rely on unverified evidence to find enactment of the broader FEMA-continuation outcome.
