Assessments
The verified commitment seeks reaffirmation of the NMAAHC Council's mission and fiduciary authority through legislation. Verified evidence shows H.R. 10475 was introduced in the House and contains that reaffirmation language, but the GovInfo record only shows the introduced-in-House version and a last listed action date of September 16, 2026. Because there is no verified evidence that the legislation was enacted or otherwise achieved the promised outcome by October 12, 2026, the outcome remains unresolved. The introduction supports an effort badge, but the verified passages provided do not independently establish Wilson's material authorship or sponsorship, so attribution is unknown.
