Assessments
Verified evidence shows H.R. 10486 was introduced in the House and contained language requiring FEMA to establish the tornado resilience grant program, including prioritization for underserved and low-income communities. The verified record does not show enactment or actual establishment of the program as of 2026-10-12. With no documented deadline expired, the introduced bill is effort but not delivery of the promised outcome.
