Assessments
Adams materially advanced the Community Health Worker Access Act by introducing H.R. 10414, and the bill text matches the promised Medicare and Medicaid community health worker access objective. However, the verified evidence shows only introduction and committee referral, plus proposed effective dates contingent on enactment. There is no verified evidence that the coverage expansion became law or otherwise took effect as of 2026-10-05, and no commitment deadline has expired. Introduction is effort, not delivery of the promised access expansion.
