Assessments
The verified commitment and verified passage show proposed bill language requiring state program administrators to provide information requested by the Attorney General for fraud investigations or prosecutions. However, the verified evidence provided does not establish enactment, implementation, an achieved fraud-enforcement outcome, or Lance Gooden's material contribution beyond the existence of the provision. With no verified enacted outcome and no expired deadline, the promise remains unresolved.
