Assessments
The verified commitment is an outcome promise to amend the Public Health Service Act to prohibit specialty-pharmacy choice limits. Verified evidence shows Dunn introduced H.R. 10549 and that the introduced bill contains the promised anti-steering and network-exclusion language, but the only verified legislative status is introduction and referral to committee, not enactment. Because introducing the bill is documented effort but does not itself fulfill an outcome promise, and no deadline has expired, the promise remains unresolved.
