On page 187, line 13-18, strike the following language: “Provided further, That none of the funds appropriated in this Act may be used for the operation of a supervised drug consumption facility that permits the consumption onsite of any substance listed in schedule I of section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812)"
Remove the prohibition on using appropriated funds for supervised drug consumption facilities.
