The Groundwater Rise and Infrastructure Preparedness Act would direct the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to map and forecast future groundwater rise, study the impacts to infrastructure and public health, and develop mitigation strategies for communities to better address the impacts of groundwater rise.
Kevin Mullin will support federal mapping, forecasting, and mitigation planning for groundwater rise.
